Justice: Islam ultimate value

ALLAH the Almighty says: "and the sky that he raised the issue and that the balance be imposed. That you are not in the balance sheet. And set weight in justice and do not make the balance deficit. "(Holy Quran 55: 7-9) These verses from the Quran, described under Ar-rahmán or" (God) the All-merciful "are called, in their emphasis of the importance of Justice because they combine Justice with the important theological principle of Allah-E Khalgh and Amr or his" creation and command. " These verses make Justice as the basis of the creation and the source of continuity (by Chief Justice). This is true because, essentially, the balance is the symbol of Justice and its means of realization at the same time.

Heaven and Earth were originally made with Justice in a balanced way and they can only (or had to) continue with it. Muslims accepted this wonderful guidance and the ultimate value of life, over 1400 years ago. The great commentator of the Holy Quran, Imaam Abu Ja'far at-Tabari (d. 310 a.h.) set out by the above verses, say, "Allah created the heavens and the Earth (and with) justice so that all things consist (and interaction) by (and in) Justice." And there is not one nation, in the past or the present, but that has there are requirements of Justice honor and only claimed. Still, the Justice they claimed, sometimes referred to more than what the "powers that be" wanted. Or sometimes Justice represented what is recognized and used by a majority or a particular religion or ethnicity.

What people mean with justice, in other words, may be different in the sense and the resources of a country to another. It is interesting to note that Socrates (murdered in 339 BC) defined Justice as the, "will of the powerful", and it is also interesting to note that this almost most of the time in situations, as religious values is absent or weak. It's even more interesting to see that some of the theories man has, over time, developed with the help of ' rational ' and empiricism, the balance of Justice in favor of the powerful, the wealthy Tilt, still in modern times flourish and continue to find advocates or even blatantly supporters who will kill or die for them.

In one of the 100 or so verses that stand with the essence of Justice and fairness, the Holy Quran tells us of this perversion of Justice that sometimes in the course of human events occurs. For example: verse 25 of Chapter 57 (Al-Hadeed), "the iron", pregnant with meaning and abundant gripping, lay bear the reality about the roots of injustice among humans. Many people call only once is motivated by listening to this verse recited. Allah says: "we have already sent our messengers with clear signs and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people (their affairs) can maintain in Justice.

And we sent down iron, in which large military might and benefits to the people, and so that Allah can clear those who support him and his messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is mighty and exalted in power. " (Holy Quran 57: 25) As many points of importance, so much to learn and to live by. For a, the balance of Justice mentioned along with the books, guidance of Allah, to indicate that true Justice to save themselves from relativism and a compass should free pronunciation of personal drive.

This also means that the interpretation of Allah's manual free from grilling and ignorance, and this effort must be on a free itself of grilling and ignorance is what Muslim scholars — who are the interpreters of Allah's last post — term "Ijtihaad".

The point is that Allah's guidance implies that only people of knowledge who are able and honest divine texts can interpret. Ignoring this condition has led — in many times and places — gross justifications and evil effects.

Without this guidance, has man enough to take precedence over all other Socrates definition of justice done.

Another point worthy of our attention here is the fact that the Almighty Allah remember that he the messengers with iron to go along with the guidelines and instructed to justice has provided.

Man has known that he is not unprecedented for centuries Institute of Justice in almost every walk of life, or protection of Justice when needed, without the power of iron.

But the intention of the message of this verse is unambiguous.

All messengers of Allah, who were sent to different countries throughout history, came up with the very same message.

The implication of this is so deep, especially for today's Muslims.

We must recognize and respect that loving and a definition of Justice is a human characteristic, not a feature of the Muslim Ummah (nation) only. In fact, our scientists have long claimed, on the basis of the above verses among many others, that Allah gives supremacy to a just Government or nation although the infidel can be, and he's gone supremacy of an unjust Government or nation, even though it's too can believe.

This is just how the Islamic worldview is.

And a Muslim would not be completely honest faith without acceptance of this view. Muslims should support justice and those who seek it and they need to be satisfied every time Justice triumphs.

But judging from the current situation of most Muslim countries and communities around the world, it is not hard to see that we have strayed from Justice. To lure it back home, we must restore our ways and coincide with the guidance of our Kitaab (the Holy Quran) first.
