New referral system now functioning at Women’s Hospital

DOHA Women patients referred by primary healthcare physicians no longer need to visit the Women’s Hospital to take an appointment.

With a new referral system coming into force on Saturday, the case will be sent to the HMC, from where officials will call patients to arrange an appointment.

The aim of the new system is to ensure that urgent cases receive priority and every patient gets seen by a specialist at the right time. (TNN)
