Assad probably behind chemical weapons use, says White House

WASHINGTON the White House claimed on Monday that it is very likely that the Syrian President Bashar al Assad regime, not the rebel opposition, was behind any use of chemical weapons in Syria.

White House spokesman Jay Carney said there are certainly prove that chemical weapons have been used in Syria.
