HOUSTON CITY of Houston Mayor Annise Parker met with Qatar Consul General in Houston Faisal Abdullah al Henzab, whose term of office has expired, in Houston on Sunday.
Mayor Parker praised the Consul’s efforts during his tenure which strengthened the bilateral relations and cordial ties between the two sides.
The mayor wished him success in his future posting.
Henzab also expressed his thanks and appreciation to the mayor and officials in Houston for the cooperation he received during his term of office, which contributed to enhancing relations between the two countries.
